Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid for workshops, the Ledger Literacy Course, and On-Chain Analytics Clinics booked directly with Glow Grid Point Ltd. It does not cover third-party purchases such as books or software we mention during sessions.
2. Cooling-off period
If you are a consumer booking at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund provided the session has not yet taken place and we have not begun substantial preparation specific to your enquiry (such as pre-tracing clinic transactions you supplied).
3. Workshop cancellations by you
- More than 14 days before the session: full refund of amounts paid.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund; deposit retained if already applied to materials printing.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund unless we can fill your seat, in which case we refund 50%.
4. Clinic cancellations by you
Clinics require full payment at booking. Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled call for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours for a 50% refund or one free reschedule within 30 days, at our discretion if preparation time was significant.
5. Course cancellations by you
Cancel before Week 1 for a full refund minus a £25 administration fee. After Week 1 begins, fees are non-refundable but you may transfer your place to another person with seven days' notice. Course materials already posted are non-refundable once dispatched.
6. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or venue unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We are not liable for travel costs you incurred, but we will offer the earliest available alternative date.
7. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted for workshops and clinics if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Additional reschedules incur a £20 fee to cover administration. Course weeks cannot be rescheduled individually; missed classes may access forum notes only.
8. No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as cancellation within 48 hours and is non-refundable.
9. Deposits
Workshop deposits of 30% are non-refundable within 7 days of the session date. Deposits applied to printed materials ordered in your name are non-refundable once printing begins.
10. Partial refunds for partial delivery
If we deliver a shortened session due to technical failure on our side, we refund a proportionate share of the fee or offer a complimentary follow-up clinic up to 60 minutes.

- Posted field note supplements after dispatch
- Completed clinic summaries already delivered
- Administration fees explicitly stated at booking
12. Refund process and timing
Email hello@glowgridpoint.click with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account within 14 working days. We will confirm by email when the transfer is initiated.
13. Disputes
If you are unhappy with a session, contact us within 7 days describing the issue. We will review attendance records and materials provided before deciding on a partial refund or repeat attendance. Consumer rights under UK law are unaffected.
