3. Bookings and payment

Session fees quoted on the Site or in correspondence are informational until confirmed in writing. Deposits and balances are payable by bank transfer according to instructions we provide. A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable to the session type.

4. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site and provided during sessions—including field notes, slides, and written summaries—remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. You may use them for personal learning. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish them without our written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials to misrepresent affiliation with Solana or the Solana Foundation. You will not record sessions without prior permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or attendance at sessions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fee paid for that session. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Explorer interfaces and on-chain data change frequently. We strive for accuracy in our teaching materials but do not warrant that examples will match live explorer views at any future date. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it in professional contexts.

Sessions may reference third-party explorers and tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes to booked sessions will be communicated directly to affected clients.
